Special Moment in your life/ Brief Testimony:
A special moment in my life was 5 years ago when my mother was diagnosed with  breast cancer. It was a really difficult moment for all my family, especially for me. I thought I was strong enough to go to Cluj with my mother and to support her during the surgery. When I reached the hospital, I cried a lot and I was praying and asking God to resolve the situation.  God didn't answer my prayer at that time, but few months later my mother discussed with my father and then with all my family that she said she didn't want to do chemotherapy any more. Her body was weak and she said from today we will pray and ask God to heal me and not do any more chemotherapy.  We were praying every day for one year and God is truly, an awesome God. He heard us and He healed my mother. Today my mother is completely cured and she is an encouragement for the church and for everybody who has known her before. I have not enough words to thank God for what He has done for my mother.

Family Details:
I am really blessed to have a great family where everybody is a Christian. Wasn’t that easy when we were young but God is in control of everything...I can’t wait to have a family reunion. My father used to work in a factory, making everything from wood and after that he was a teacher....and in the last 15 years he is working in a Christian Children’s Home as a teacher and also as security to the moment. My mother used to work in a clothes factory for about 15 years than she was a chef. Now she is not working any more because she is not feeling strong enough to work. Both my parents worked too much for us and I am really glad she is not working anymore because now it's our turn to work.

I used to live in an apartment with 4 rooms in Suceava (north of Romania). I have eleven more siblings, I am the eighth child (6 sisters and 5 brothers). So I have to share my room with 3 or 4 more sisters. Actually, I never had my own room before going to University. Now my siblings are spread out In Italy, England or Romania so it’s hard to have a family reunion.

At the moment I am living in Cihei, I have a room here and I have one brother and sister in Oradea who are studying at Emanuel University. With my parents now live one more brother and one more sister who are studying. The others are married and working. I am really blessed to have such a wonderful family and I am proud to be one of them.

Interests/Hobbies:
When I have some free time I love to swim and to run. Also I really enjoy reading books about life.

Best part of working with Smiles:
The best part of working with Smiles is that you can see how God changes other people’s lives and also changes your own life too.  What are we doing has an impact on people’s lives and at the moment I am more than thankful.

Hopes for the future

When I was young I used to pray asking God to offer me a job where I can be useful and to change others lives. He offered me this chance and I can see that every day. I want to do my best every day and to encourage others.

Now my future dream is to run a marathon for a good cause and to help others as I used to be helped.
